As the Co-Founder and Lead Software Engineer at HiHR.pro, I was responsible for bringing the product from concept to launch. I led a team through the entire development lifecycle, using a hybrid Agile and Kanban approach to keep workflows efficient and ensure on-time delivery of features.

I handled everything from brainstorming sessions and daily stand-ups to refinement meetings and long-term planning, ensuring clear communication and alignment with our business goals. I designed the application architecture and modeled our MongoDB database using UML diagrams, accompanied by thorough documentation to guide ongoing development.

Beyond the technical aspects, I was deeply involved in the visual design of the platform, creating mockups for both the user interface and administrative panels to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all users.

To expand our reach, I established partnerships with SEO experts, marketing consultants, and social media strategists, boosting our market presence. I also worked closely with stakeholders, investors, and potential clients in C2C collaborations, while coordinating with service providers for ATS integrations and other essential solutions.

On the development side, I built the frontend using Next.js and the backend with Nest.js, ensuring robust data modeling with MongoDB. I managed deployments using GitHub Actions, Cloudflare, and Kubernetes, leveraging shell scripts for automation. I also integrated payment gateways like TPay and SaaS tools like Cloudinary and Firebase to enrich the platform's functionality and user experience.
